Easy to prepare, incredibly tender dessert made from milk will not leave indifferent. Even the pickups who claim that they don’t like milk will not be able to resist the temptation to try an unusual delicacy. Products for its preparation are available, which means you should definitely try it!

In fact, the dessert is prepared on the basis of custard. Conventionally, all the ingredients can be divided into 3 groups: cream, breading and powder.
For cream:
- 1 l of milk;
- zest of 1 lemon;
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 120 grams of flour or starch;
- 2 yolks;
- 40 g of regular sugar;
- 10 g vanilla sugar.
For breading:
- 6 tbsp. flour;
- 2 eggs;
- a pinch of salt;
- vegetable oil - for frying.
For powder:
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon;
- 2 tbsp. Sahara.
Pour 200 ml of milk, and send the rest to the fire, adding lemon zest and cinnamon sticks.

The remaining milk combine with flour and mix well, add egg yolks, sugar and stir again until smooth.

Gradually introduce hot milk, never ceasing to stir, and then send to the fire.

Cook the cream on low heat, stirring constantly, until thick.

We cover the form with cling film, transfer the cream into it, let it cool, wrap it and send it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Unfold frozen cream, roll it in flour and cut into pieces.


Beat 2 eggs with a pinch of salt. Each piece is well rolled in flour from all sides.

The next stage is dipping in the egg.

Once again dipping the sticks in the flour, send them to a pre-heated pan.

Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Mixing sugar with cinnamon, dipped in it fried milk bars.

At the exit we get a soft, incredibly delicate dessert in a crispy crust. If desired, you can experiment with the amount of sugar and the option of powder.
